- Requirement:
- More than 5 years of experience in quality system management in large automotive companies, with experience in integrating 3 systems management preferred;
- IATF16949:2016 quality system planning, improvement and three-system integration capabilities;
- Good organizational coordination and communication skills;
- Proficient in IATF16949:2016 quality system content;
- Master the special requirements of customers;
- Master the five manuals of the automotive industry (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, CP&FMEA);
- Master the quality management requirements of the automotive industry (IATF/QS/VDA), the seven major QC methods, and the qualifications of internal auditors;
