To solidly promote the "Three-Year Excellence, Overall Leap" of the Party construction in the new areas and further enhance the leadership ability of the Party secretaries of the new areas, pooling the red energy to promote common prosperity, on September 27-29, Pinghu City held a training class for the secretaries of the Party in the dual-management new areas to promote modernization and common prosperity. Branch deputy secretary Tu Shuiping attended this training. Secretary He of the new areas pointed out that strengthening the Party's red leadership team in the new areas is not only a realistic need for Party construction in the new areas, but also an effective way to guide the new areas towards correct political direction and promote high-quality development. Establish a Red Leaders Forum for secretaries of the Party in new areas, changing "experts speaking" to "secretaries speaking". This forum showcases the characteristic Party construction work of various new areas, shares experience in brand creation, talent cultivation, and organizational role play, creating a good atmosphere of "learning from and surpassing each other".

Third, on-site teaching clarifies direction
The training class organized participants to visit First舟Group, Siming Financial Town, Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area Party Member Service Center, SAIC Volkswagen Ningbo Branch, and other local governments to conduct on-site inspections. They learned advanced experience and innovative practices to find gaps and clarify work directions by comparing with advanced models.

Fourth, Tu Shuiping's learning insights
Through three days of theoretical learning and on-site teaching, my deepest insight is to strive to enhance political awareness, firmly hold on to the correct political direction, so as to better grasp the direction of Party construction work and better integrate Party construction with enterprise development to contribute to promoting modernization and common prosperity.
