On the afternoon of June 30th, the first phase of the logistics experience exchange meeting of the Manulife Auto Parts Group was successfully held at the headquarters. Five case presenters from various subsidiaries and 19 colleagues from the planning and logistics department participated.
At the exchange meeting, five speakers shared their views on the importance of data analysis for work and on sharing internal management experience within departments, leading to lively discussions.
This experience sharing session not only shared the case itself, but more importantly, the personnel of each subsidiary broadened their thinking, emancipated their minds, and analyzed the value in the process.
It is hoped that through this experience exchange meeting, the construction of learning organizations can be effectively promoted and the high-quality development of the company can be empowered. Let the participants gain further improvement in their work!
