Reviewing the glorious history of the Party can help us keep in mind the Party's original aspirations and mission, draw inspiration and wisdom, stimulate our enthusiasm for work, make unremitting efforts to promote high-quality development of the enterprise, and strive tirelessly for a better life of our own. Recently, the Hongli Group Party Branch organized a "learning Party history, understanding the Party's ideas, doing practical things, and opening a new chapter" theme party day activity, which provided a inspiring lesson for all party members and active members.
Since the launch of the "mobilization order" for Party history learning education, the branch has regarded Party history learning education as an important starting point for promoting enterprise economic efficiency, product quality improvement, and employee relief. Based on the company's actual situation, they have developed implementation plans and carried out activities such as "delivering Party history into the enterprise" and "learning Party history every day", to promote Party history learning education into workshops and teams in an orderly manner, and effectively turn the effectiveness of learning education into development momentum for the enterprise.
On the one hand, they have improved their position and clarified requirements, that is, to include Party history learning education into the "required course" of the company's organizational "three meetings and one lecture", and to include the implementation of Party history learning education into the annual vanguard index assessment and appraisal category. On the other hand, they have innovated to enhance momentum, that is, to combine learning Party history with retracing the company's development history, establishing corporate culture concepts, and improving the company's production and operation level. Through measures such as setting up "Party vanguard posts", opening "Party responsibility areas", and carrying out characteristic theme party activities, they have motivated party cadre members to take the lead and set an example.
So far, the branch has distributed designated books such as "Q&A on Learning about Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era" and "On the History of the Communist Party of China" to party members in various enterprise organizations; they have conducted one session of Party history education lessons with 100% participation by all party members; and they have ensured that Party history learning education reaches everyone's mind and has actual effects.
