4.Maintenance and updating of system documents:

1. More than 5 years of experience in quality system management in large automotive companies, with experience in integrating 3 systems management preferred;
2. IATF16949:2016 quality system planning, improvement and three-system integration capabilities;
3. Good organizational coordination and communication skills;
4. Proficient in IATF16949:2016 quality system content;
5. Master the special requirements of customers;
6. Master the five manuals of the automotive industry (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, CP&FMEA);
7. Master the quality management requirements of the automotive industry (IATF/QS/VDA), the seven major QC methods, and the qualifications of internal auditors;
8. Machinery manufacturing/related production processes and processes;
9. Knowledge of ISO14001 environmental management system and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system;
10. Bachelor degree or above.

1. Responsible for IT-related business processing in the financial module of the ERP system, including but not limited to document transfer, cost calculation, report generation, etc.;

2. Group recruitment channel management and maintenance of labor partners: Plan, develop, and operate recruitment channels based on job characteristics to enhance their effectiveness and meet recruitment needs: website recruitment; campus recruitment; headhunter recommendation; internal recommendation, etc.;
3. Provide professional services to business departments, including analyzing the need for recruitment, reporting on recruitment progress, guiding and optimizing the recruitment process, guiding and optimizing the recruitment system, analyzing recruitment data and employment, and establishing talent reserves and good cooperation;

Section 1: Accounting for Payables

1. Responsible for the audit of procurement unit prices (system);
2. Responsible for the handling of procurement orders, material invoices, and material temporary accounting;
3. Responsible for the reconciliation of payables and prepayments;
4. Responsible for the physical inventory count and account reconciliation of purchased raw materials and additives;
5. Responsible for supervising the execution of procurement contracts and contract management;
6. Responsible for the review of original documents related to purchased raw materials and additives;
7. Responsible for other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Section 2: Accounting for Expenses

1. Responsible for the accounting treatment of expense reimbursements and payment transactions;
2. Responsible for the accounting treatment of salary, social security, housing provident fund, and union经费;
3. Responsible for the recognition and depreciation accounting of fixed assets;
4. Responsible for the accounting treatment of amortization and impairment expenses;
