    On September 27, 2017, as the Mid-Autumn Festival was approaching, in order to better stimulate employees' work enthusiasm and reflect the company's care for the lives of its employees, the Telford Union Committee sent each union member a box of kiwifruit as a holiday gift to express their gratitude for their hard work and send sincere wishes.

  • Send coolness in summer.

    2017年夏季持续高温,炎热天气下,一线工员工顶着高温,依然坚持岗位。头发汗湿在帽子里,从帽沿顺着脸颊流淌,有的员工甚至长出了痱子,奇痒难耐。公司工会得知这一情况,每日采购冰块放置于车间进行降温。

  • Annual tourism festival.

    On June 10, 2017, Defu Trade Union organized the 2017 annual tour, visiting two scenic spots, namely, the Great Buddhist Temple in Xinchang and the Qianzhang Valley (glass walkway). Zhejiang Defu Precision Drive currently has 262 employees and 235 members. The trade union adopts a system of becoming a member upon becoming a regular worker, which increases employees' sense of belonging and happiness, and brings employees closer to the company.

  • Donation activity for Yuxin primary school.

    After continuously donating books to Yuxin Primary School's Fuxing Campus in June 2015 and May 2016, the Party branch led by Secretary Xiao once again visited the school on May 24, 2017. This time, the main donation was sports equipment, including basketballs, table tennis balls, badminton rackets, and more.

  • Have a date with spring.

    In the spring of April 2017, Defu Union organized a unique "outing activity". They put down the busyness of their daily work, followed the fragrance of flowers, stepped on the green grass, brought their families, came to the "Qingyuan" ecological farm, and had a close contact with the spring. Although the young men were serious and dull at work, they became lively and happy when they arrived at the activity site, and became "cookers".

    In March 2016, the labor union organized employees to travel to Daming Mountain, which not only relaxed their body and mind, enhanced their cohesion, but also reflected the company's people-oriented corporate culture.
